BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R-L-M, Low Dehsity
Multiple Family District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Block 7, and Lots 2, 3, 4, S, 6, 7 and 8, of Block
6, all in Thunderbird Estates Eighth Subdivision.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of June, A. D. 1970 , and to be presented for final passage on the 2nd day of
July, A. b. 19 70
