BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15-70 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO. LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF FORT COLLINS that Section 15-70 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City.of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the
same hereby is amended by. deleting from said Section the first sentence thereof.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this -
