BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOOTHILLS
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as 'amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Foothills
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-M, Medium Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the NZ of the NE of Section 20, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P. M. ; which considering the East line of the said
NE- as bearing N. 00014' E. and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Southeast
corner of the NZ of the said NE,, and run thence S. 86023' W. 479.58 feet
along the South line of the N-,. of the said NE;; thence N. 00014' E. 1021 .38
feet; thence N. 89055' E. 148.50 feet; thence S. 00014' W. 495.00 feet;
thence S. 89046' E. 330.00 feet to a point on the East line of the said NE,
which bears S. 000141 .W. 895.85 feet from the Northeast corner of said
Section 207' thence along said East line S. 00014' W. 495.00 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 7.3004 acres, more or less.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th
day of August A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of .
August, A. D. 19 70.
