ORDINANCE NO. 45 , 19 70,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins; Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-P, Planned Residential District, to B-L, Limited
Business District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
A parcel of land Iodated in Fort Collins and described as beginning at the
Northeast corner of the NW4 of the SE-4 of Section IS, Township 7 North,
Range 69 h1est of the 6th P. M. , thence Westerly along West Elizabeth
Street 500 feet to the true point of beginning; thence Southerly 300 feet
to a point; thence Westerly 100 feet to a point; thence Northerly 300 feet"
to a point; thence Easterly 100 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT
that portion of such property dedicated for roadway and known as West
Elizabeth Street.
