FORT COLLINS,.' COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO. PARKING IN THE R-L-M, LOW
DENSITY.MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT-.--,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 19-30A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
1958, as amended, enacted in Ordinance No. 9, 1970, be and the same hereby is amended by
adding to paragraph 7 thereof the following sentence:
"For the purpose of this requirement, the intent of this provision shall be
construed to mean that for one- and two-family dwellings, an arrangement
wherein one parking space is provided behind another is acceptable provided
both spaces are for the same dwelling unit and are under the control of
same."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 13th
day of August, A. D. 1970, and to� be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of
September, A. D. 1970.
