BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS 13Y CHANGING
THE 'ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED' BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-H, High Density Residential District, to B-G, General
Business District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
The West 50 feet of Lots. 23 and 24 in Block 131, in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 3rd
day of September, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 24th day of
September, A. D. 19 70.
