BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-21 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Section 9-21 of.the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto at the end thereof
the following, to-wit:
"Any permit for the location of a gasoline dispensing service station granted
by the City Council hereunder shall automatically expire one year from the
date of the granting of the same, unless within such period the station applied
for is constructed in accordance with the terms of such permit."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this loth
day of September, A.D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 1st day of
October, A.D. 1970.
