BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from B-G, General Business District, to M-M, Medium Density
Mobile Home District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Commencing at a point 71 feet East of a point 937 feet North of
the SW corner of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P. M. ; thence West_ 71 feet;. .thence South 43 feet; thence
East 343.5 feet; thence North 225 feet; thence West 43.5 feet;
thence Southwesterly 292 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning; ALSO that portion of the 5W4-of the SW "of Section 36,
Township 8 North, Range 69 West of the "6th P. M. , described as
follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point which is 874 ..feet North
and 196 feet East of the SW corner of Section 36, Township 8 North, "
Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. ; thence East 393_ feet; thence S. 450
E. 154 feet; 'thence N. 860 W. 271 feet; thence Westerly 232 feet,
more or less, to a point which is 124 feet South of the point of
beginning; thence North .124 feet to/ the point of beginning.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 8th
day of October, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of
November, A. D. 1970.
