BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS) COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE SPENCER THIRD
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Spencer Third
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R=L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the NE of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P. M. , which considering the West line of said Section 25
as bearing S. 00000145•=' E. and with all: bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin
at the Northwest corner of the S2 of the NE; of said Section 25 and
run thence N. 89046' E. 1650.00 feet along the North line of the S2
of the NEa of said. Section 25; thence S. 00036' E. 1075.57 feet;
thence S. 89046' W. 1167.01 feet; .thence N. 24038' W. 98.44 feet;
thence S. 63020! W. 148.43 feet; thence along the arc of a 685.93
foot radius curve to the right a distance of 316.65 feet, the long
chord of which bears S. 76633130" W. 313.85 feet; thence S. 89047'
W. 10.07 feet; thence N. 00016'05" W. 1123.68 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 40.788 acres, more or less.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 8th
day of October, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of
November, A. D. 19 70.
