BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST MULBERRY FIFTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the West Mulberry Fifth
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at--a point which_bears .S.. 90900' W. .4185.00 feet from
the NE. corner. of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P. M. , thence S. 90000' W. 105.00 feet; thence S. 00050'
E. 30.00 feet to_ a point on-the .boundary of the Locust Grove First
Annexation to-:the City of Fort.-Collins; thence S. 00050' E. along
said Annexation- 132.00 feet -to a point on. the centerline of the
HighlandCanal; thence S. 70006' .E. along said centerline and
Annexation, 71.97 -feet;..thence S. 74002' E. along said centerline
and Annexation, -39-36 feet. to -a point on the boundary of the West
Mulberry Second Annexation-to the City-of-Fort- Collins, Colorado;
thence N. 00050' W. along said Annexation, 217.33 feet to the
point of. beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 22nd
day of October, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 12th day of
November, A. D. 19 70
