HomeMy WebLinkAbout072 - 11/25/1970 - REZONING NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE ORDINANCE NO. 72, 1970, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THI: CITY OF FORT COLLINS: THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by,xhe Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from B-G, General Business District, and C, Commercial District, to Ii-B, Highway Business District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit: All of the area adjacent to North College Avenue and north of hickory Street in the City presently zoned B-G, General Business, except that area east and north of the following described line: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. 1f., thence Easterly along the South line of said Section 36, 225.0 feet; thence North 331.83 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 455.0 feet; thence West 225.0 feet to the present City limit. ALSO, the area presently zoned B-G, General Business, in Sections 24 and 25 and that part of Section 23 lying East of the Colorado and Southern Railroad tracks and the areas presently zoned 8-G, General Business, and C, Commercial, in that part of Section 26 lying East of the Colorado and Southern Railroad tracks; all in Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. M. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 5th day of November, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of November, A. D. 1970.
