BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE HUMPHREY MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the owner of the property adjoining the same has requested that the City of
Fort Collins vacate a portion of an alley in the Humphrey Medical Center in the City of
Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, said alley is not needed for municipal purposes and will not be needed for
municipal purposes in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THECITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the following described portion of the alley in the Humphrey !Medical Center,
to-wit:
Beginning at a point which bears South 60 feet and again South 89015, West
705 feet from the Northwest corner of the SWk of SEction 18, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P. M.; thence South 195.45 feet; thence
East 20 feet; thence North 195.45 feet; thence West 20 feet to the point of
beginning;
be and the same hereby is vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 17th
day of December, A. D. 1970, and to be presented for final passage on the 7th day of .
January, A. D. 1971.
