BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND INCLUDINGCERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE RP-PLANNED RESIDENTIAL
ZONING CLASSIFICATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado adopted by the Zoning Ordinance of the City is hereby amended so
that the property hereafter described is included in the RP-Planned Residential
District Said property being described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate within the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th P M , which, considering the north line of the NE
1/4 of said Section 22, as bearing due west and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto, begins
at the Northeast corner of said Section 22, and runs
thence West 1670 79 feet along the north line of the
NE 1/4 of said Section 22, thence S 00047110" East
663 43 feet, thence E 11 41 feet, thence S 00°47110"
East 630 44 feet to a point on the south line of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 22, thence N 890
52150" East 1658 12 feet to the Southeast corner of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 22, thence N 00044'
West 1323 35 feet along the east line of the N 1/2 of
the NE 1/4 of said Section 22, to the point of beginning,
Larimer County, Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend
said zoning district map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 6th day of January, A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on
the 27th day of January, A D , 1972
