BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-17 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SALARY TO BE PAID
TO THE JUDGE OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be amended as follows
By deleting therefrom the figures "$7,500 00" and sub-
stituting therefor the figures 11$9,900 00"
Section 2 The effective date for the change in the above
salary shall be January 1, 1972
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 20th day of January, A D 1972, and to be presented for
final passage on the loth day of February, A D 1972
