BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE Third Foothills
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Third Foothills
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-M, Medium Density
Residential District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the North h of the Northeast
of Section 20, Township 7, North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering
the East line of said Northeast % as bearing S 00o 14' W
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a
point on the South line of the North ; of said Northeast
4 which bears S 000 14' IV 13Q0 85 feet, and again S 861
23' W 926 21 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section
20, and run thence S 860 23' W 25 79 feet, thence N 030
37' W 708 80 feet, thence N 230 35' IV 197 79 feet, thence
N 170 22' W 100 00 feet, thence N 110 09' W 95 00 feet,
thence N 050 36145" IV 105 00 feet, thence S 850 30' W
38 85 feet, thence N 040 30' W 180 00 feet to the North
line of said Northeast 4, thence N 850 30' E 267 36 feet
to a point on said North line which bears S 850 30' W
52S 00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 20,
thence S 000 14 ' W 1377 56 feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 16 th
day of March A D 19721 and to be presented for final passage on the 6th day of
April A D 1972
