BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO$ 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE GREENWALT EIGHTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Greenwalt Eighth
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 4 of Section 30,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M , which
considering the North line of the said Northwest 4 as
bearing N 890 47' W and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point on the West line of the
Greenwalt 7th Annexation to the City of Fort Collins,
which bears S 000 18125" E 150 00 feet, and again N 890
47' W 350 00 feet, and again S 000 13' W 160 01 feet from
the North 4 corner of said Section 30, and run thence
S 000 13' W 539 99 feet, thence N 890 47' W 120 00 feet,
thence S 100 29' 35" E 519 38 feet, thence N 810 34' W
164 00 feet, thence N 360 46' W 89 82 feet, thence N 000
18125" W 429 55 feet, thence along the arc of a 455 00
foot radius curve to the right a distance of 80 42 feet, the
I long chord of which bears N 840 37'50" E 80 31 feet, thence
it N 890 41135" E 14 36 feet, thence N 000 18125" W 154 61
feet, thence N 090 00' l9 130 00 feet, thence N 170 35'
W 133 00 feet, thence N 070 10' W 109 00 feet, thence
S 890 47' E 226 37 feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 16th
day of March A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 6th day of
April A D 19 7Z
