BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FAITH EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Faith Evangelical Free
Church Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the NW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which, considering the
Northline of the NW 1/4 of said Section 27 as bearing S 89026'S7" E and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the
boundary which begin at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 27 and run thence S
00000132" E 514 03 feet along the East line of said NW 1/4, thence N 89026157"
W 360 00feet, thence N 00000132" W 514 03 feet to a point on the North line of
said NW 1/4, thence S 89026157" E 360 00 feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th
day of April A D 19 77 and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of
April A D 19 72
