BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY /2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-M, Medium Density Residential District, to H-B, Highway Business
District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Lot 145, and the West 55 feet of Lot 146, SOUTH COLLEGE HEIGHTS FIFTH
FILING, an the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th
day of April A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of
April A D 1972
