ORDINANCE NO 12 , 1972 ,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R P Fla,nea
Residential District, for the following described property in tie City, to-wit
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence West 500 feet, thence North 473 feet,
thence East 244 feet, thence North 447 feet, thence East 256 feet, thence
South 920 feet to the place of beginning, EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED
in Book 1087 at Page 491, Larimer County, Colorado, records,
and
Beginning 30 feet West of the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence West 198 feet,
thence North 220 feet, thence East 198 feet, thence South 220 feet, to
the true point of beginning, subject to rights of way for roads and
ditches as now constructed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th
day of April A D 19 7; and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of
April A D 19 72
