BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-H, High Density Residential District and B-L, Limited Business
District to B-P, Planned Business District, for the following described property in the
City, to-wit
All of Block 129, City of Fort Collins, Colorado, according to subdivision
Plat filed January 20, 1890, except the following
Lots 1, 2, 3 and the North 6 39 feet of Lot 4, the East 85 feet of Lots
13 and 14, and the West 75 0 feet of Lots 23 and 24
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th
day of April A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of
April A D 1972
