BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE MOUNTAIN SHADOWS
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Mountain Shadows
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-% Low Density Mul-
tiple Family District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which is the NW 1/4 of the SW
1/4 EXCEPT the South 700 00 feet thereof which as more particularly described as
follows Considering the West line of the said SW 1/4 as bearing N 00 27' W and
all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at the W 1/4 corner of of Section 21-7-69 and runs thence N 89013' E 1300 00
feet along the East-West centerline of said Section 21 to the Northeast corner of NW 1/4
of said SW 1/4, thence along the East line of the NW 1/4 of the said SW 1/4, S 00038, E
676 14 feet, thence S 88035' W 1302 33 feet to a point on the West line of said SW 1/4,
thence along said West line N 00027' W 690 54 feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and-ordered published this 6th
day of April A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of
April A D 1972
