ORDINANCE NO 19, 1972,
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 129 OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned to vacate
the alley in Block 129 in the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, said alley as now platted is not needed for municipal
purposes except for the installation and maintenance of utilities, nor
will it be needed in the future for municipal purposes other than for
said utilities, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City
of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said alley
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the alley in Block 129 in the City of Fort Collins,
according to the recorded plat thereof, be and the same hereby is abolished,
vacated and abated, subject to the reservation contained in Section 2 hereof
Section , There is hereby reserved unto the City of Fort Collins,
an easement over4and across all of said alley for the installation, mainten-
ance, repair and reconstruction of such utilities as may now be installed, or
as the City may hereafter desire to install
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 13th day of April A D 1972, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of May A D 1972
