BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLAT OF SPRINGMEADOWS ON
SPRING CREEK, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO -
WHEREAS, heretofore there was presented to the City of Fort Collins and
approved by the City, a plat of certain lands known as Springmeadows on Spring
Creek; and
WIIEREAS, by said plat, certain streets and easements were dedicated to
the City for public use; and
MIEREAS, the owners of said property have petitioned to replat said
property, and in said replat have dedicated other streets and easements to the
City; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have petitioned the City Council to
vacate the plat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek and the streets and easements
as shown on said plat; and
WHEREAS, on account of said replat, the streets and easements on the
plat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek are not needed and will not be needed for
municipal purposes, and the rights of the residents of the City of Port Collins
will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said plat.
NOW, THLREFORL, BE IT URDAIA9ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF FORT COLLINS
that the plat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek and all streets and easements con-
tained thereon be, and the same hereby are, abolished, vacated and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this llth day of (day, 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 1st day
of June, 1972.
