ORDINANCE NO 32 1972
BEING AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF A
MOTOR VEHICLE IN A DRIVEkTAY OR ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER OR PERSON IN POS
SESSION THEREOF AND AMENDING ARTICLE XII OF CHAPTER
23 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS *ENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
Article XII of Chapter 23 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended by
adding thereto a Section 23 12 6 as follows
Section 23 12 6 Parking in Private Driveway or on Private Prop
erty Provided a sign or signs are conspicuously erected thereon
giving notice thereof it shall be unlawful and a violation of the
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins for any person to park or
stand a vehicle whether occupied or not otherwise than temporarily
for the purpose and while actually engaged in loading or unloading
said vehicle in a private driveway or on private property without
the express or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful
possession of such property
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of August, A D 1972, and to be presented for final
passage on the 24th day of August A D 1972
