BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS$ COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE POPPELL
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the
Poppell Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the H-B, Highway
Business District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situato in tho Coanty of Lar.Lrior, State of Colorado, to-wit.
A portion of the South Mesa Subdivision situate in the Southeast
Ii of Section 26 , Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M ,
Larxmer County, Colorado , being more specifically described as
follows Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 1 and run thence
S 00' 05 ' E 82 00 ' along the E line of said Lot 2 , thence N 89'
54 ' W 348 50 ' , thence N 000 05 ' W 250 00 ' , thence S 89' 54 ' E
348 SO ' along the N line of the vacated High Street, and S 00'
OS' E 168 00 ' to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 13th
day of July A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of
August A. D. 19 72,
