HomeMy WebLinkAbout046 - 08/03/1972 - ZONING THE GREENWALT NINTH ANNEXATION (REPLACED BY ORDINANCE NO. 057, 1972) ORDINANCE NO 46 1972 , � A� s BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCFS OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE GREENWALT NINTH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Greenwalt Ninth Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colorado in the R L Low Density Residential District Said property is more particularly described as follows to-wit A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30 Township 7 Nortn Range 68 West of the Si%th P M Larimer County Colorado which consider- ing the North line of the said Northwest 1/4 as bearing N 89 47' W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Northwest corner of the Greemvalt Seventh Anne%ation to the City of Fort Collins which bears S 00 18' 25" E 150 00 feet and again N 89 47' W 350 00 feet from the North 1/4 corner of said Section 30 and run thence S 00 13' W 160 01 feet thence N 89 47' W 226 37 feet thence S 07 10' E 109 00 feet thence S 17 35' E 133 00 feet thence S 09 00' E 130 00 feet thence S 00 18' 25" E 154 61 feet thence S 89 41' 35" W 14 36 feet thence along the arc of a 455 00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 80 42 felt the long chord of which bears S 84 37' 50" W 80 31 feet thence S 00 18' 25" E 221 10 feet thence S 77 35' 30" W 184 96 feet thence S 58 54' 45" W 182 50 Beet thence N 89 30' W 259 50 feet thence N 00 30' E 49 00 feet thence N 89 30' W 115 00 feet thence N 00 30' 04" E 991 00 feet thence S 89 47' E 947 37 feet to the point of beginning containing 17 8088 acres more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 13th day of July A D 19 72, and to be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of August A D 19 72 Ma y ATTEST City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 3rd. day of August A D 19 72.
