BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE ACTING CITY
MANAGER
WHEREAS, MICHAEL DiTULLIO was appointed as Acting City Manager of the
City of Fort Collins, effective June 12, 1972; and
WHEREAS, no salary has been established for the Acting City Manager
and the City Council desires to establish such salary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. The salary to be paid the Acting City Manager shall be
$17,500.00 per annum, retroactive to June 12, 1972, payable in semi-monthly
installments of which sum, 40 per cent thereof shall be charged to the City of
Fort Collins, Division of Electric, Light and Power, 20 per cent to the City of
Fort Collins, Division of Water, and 40 per cent to general government expense.
Section 2. Such salary shall continue until the effective date of the
employment of a City Manager for the City of Fort Collins, unless sooner changed
by the City Council.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 3rd day of August, A.D. 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the
24th day of August, A.D. 1972.
