ORDINANCE NO. 57 , 19 72,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE GREENWALT
NINTH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Greenwalt
Ninth Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, -in the R-L, Low Density
Residential District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-::it:
A* tract of-land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 7 'Nortn,
Range 68 West' of the Si%ih P. M. , '•Larimer County, Colorado, which consider-
ing the North .line of� the said Northwest 1/4 as bearing N 89° 47' W and with
all bearings contained herein' relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin, at the Northwest corner of the Greenwalt Seventh Annexation
