BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-33 2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING AN ADDI-
TIONAL SUBSECTION THERETO, CREATING THE OFFENSE OF URINATING IN PUBLIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 18-33 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by adding to said
Section at the end thereof a subsection as follows
"(g) Urinating in public Urinate in any street, alley, or other
public place in the City "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this
28th day of January, A D 1971, and to be presented for final passage on the 18th
day of February, A D 1971
