BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-33 2 (b) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE
OFFENSE OF INTOXICATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 18-33 2 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows
"(b) Intoxication Be found upon any street, alley or other public
grounds of the City or in any building in the City open to the general
public in a state of intoxication "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this
28th day of January, A D 1971, and to be presented for final passage on the 18th
day of February, A D 1971
