BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
-'HE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS :
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from RM., Medium Density Residential District and RLM, Low Density Multiple
Familv nistrict, to RMP, Medium Density Planned Residential District, for the following
described property in the City, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
21, Township 7 North, Range` 69 West of the 6th P.M. , which con-
sidering the North line of said NW 1/4 as bearing S. 89*41' E.
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
the West line of said NW 1/4 which bears S. 00035' E. 1000.85
feet from the NW corner of said Section 21, and run thence N.
89°42' E. 228.81 feet; thence along the arc of a 393.77 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 217.29 feet, the long
chord of which bears N. 73°53'30" E. 214.54 feet; thence S.
31*55' E. 120.00 feet; thence S. 42°21'30" W. 90.41 feet;
thence N. 89042' E. 102.00 feet; thence S. 00046' E. 110.00
feet; thence S. 89°42' W. 538.69 feet; thence N. 00*35' W. 220.23
feet to the point of beginning;
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 4th
day of February A. D. 1971, and to be presented for final passage on the 25th day of
February A. D• 19 71.
