ORDINANCE NO 67, 1972
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLAT OF PARKWOOD MEADOWS
AND THE REPLAT OF PARKWOOD MEADOWS
WHEREAS, heretofore, it was presented to the City of Fort Collins
and approved by the City, a plat of certain lands known as Parkwood Meadows
and a Replat of said Parkwood Meadows, and
WHEREAS, by said plats, certain streets and easements were dedicated
to the City for public use, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have since such time, filed a
Second Replat of Parkwood Meadows which was later approved and recorded, and
said Second Replat conforms with the development of said subdivision and
dedicates the streets and easements required by the City, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have petitioned the City Council
to vacate the Plat of Parkwood Meadows and the Replat pf Parkwood Meadows, and
WHEREAS, on account of the Second Replat, the streets and easements
on the Plat of Parkwood Meadows and the Replat of Parkwood Meadows are not needed
and will not be needed for municipal purposes, and the rights of the residents
of the City of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said
Plats
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Plat of Parkwood Meadows filed June 3, 1968, and the Replat
of Parkwood Meadows filed May 5, 1969, and all streets and easements contained
thereon be, and the same hereby are, abolished, vacated and abatted
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 28th day of September, A D 1972, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of October, A D 1972
