HomeMy WebLinkAbout068 - 11/02/1972 - ZONING THE PINE TREE PARK ANNEXATION I ORDINANCE NO. , 197Z;— BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS$ COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE PINE TREE PARK ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the+ Pine Tree Park Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, partly in the H-B, Highway Business District, partly in the R-P, Planned Residential District. and partly in Cie I-L Limited Industrial District. The portion of said property to be placed in the H-B, Highway Business District is mere particularly described as follows; to-wit: A.tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 1, T7N, R69W, of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Considering the West line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 1 as bearing N. 00000100" E. and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 1, thence along the north line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 1, S. 890S6114" E, 215.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along the north line of said Section 1, S. > 890 56114" E, 655.00 feet; thence S. 00000100" E, 1288.45 feet, thence N. 90o00100" IV, 655.00 feet; thence along a line which is 215.00 feet east of and parallel to the west line of said Section 1, N. 00000100" E, 1289.20 feet to the true point of beginning.
