HomeMy WebLinkAbout073 - 11/23/1972 - ZONING THE WARREN SHORES SECOND ANNEXATION r ORDINANCE NO 73 , 1972 , BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WARREN SHORES SECOND ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Warren Shores Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, partly in the R-P, Planned Residential District and partly in the R-L, Low Density Residential District The property placed in the R-P, Planned Residential Zoning District is described as fol- lows, to-wit Considering the North line of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M Larimer County, Colorado, as bearing N 89045130" E, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, begin at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 36, and run thence N 89045'30" E, 198 97 feet, thence S 17035'32" E. 13 90 feet, thence S 41000' W, 306 45 feet, thence N 80001110" W, 648 73 feet, thence N 56029130" 11, 124 00 feet, thence N 82007120" W, 422 58 feet, thence N 89045'30" E, 1357 76 feet to the point of beginning, The property placed in the R-L, Low Density Residential District is described as follows, to-wit Considering the North line of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County, Colorado, as bearing N 89045130" E, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, begin at a point which bears N 89045130" E, 198 97 feet, and again S 17035'32" E, 13 90 feet from the N 1/4 corner of said Section 36, and run thence S 17035132" E, 603 77 feet, thence N 42034' W, 272 00 feet, thence N 60056' W, 228 11 feet, thence N 00016130" W, 33 10 feet, thence N 41000' E, 306 45 feet to the point of beginning Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 2nd day of November A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the 23rd day of November A D 1972 Ma or ATTEST City Clerk ' Passed and adolfted on final reading this 23rd day of November A D 1972 /s/ Karl E Carson Mayor ATTEST �z City Clerk n
