ORDINANCE NO 75, 1972
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-16 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958,
AS AMENDED, RELATING rO THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Section 1 That Section 1-16 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting therefrom the figures $7,200 00 and by gubstituting therefor the
figures $12,000 00
Section 2 This ordinance should be effective as of Octooer 1Q, 1972
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 2nd day of November, A D 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the
22nd)day of November, A D 1972
