BEING AN ORD[ :.\NCI? AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDLNANCVS OF THE CITY OF FORT
CC:.LINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE KENNEDY'S WEST LAPORTE
AVENUE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Kennedy's West Laporte A
Avenue Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the B-P, Planned
Business District. Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the N1; 1/4 of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6t?) P.M. , Lari7er County, Colorado, ti<hich considering the South line
of said NW 1/4 as bearing N. S9051130" E. and with all hearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained :within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
said South linc, e:hich bears N% 89051 '30" E, 1S0.00 feet from the YI 1/4 corner of
said Section 10, and run thence N. 00001 ' w, 180.00 feet; ti;cnce N. S9051130" E,
70.00 feet; thence S. 00001 ' E, 150.00 feet; thence N. 89051'30" G, 30.00 feet;
thence S. 00001 ' E, 30.00 feet; thence S. 89051 '30" IV, 100.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 9th
day of November A. D. 1972, and to be presented for final passage on the7th day of
December A. D. 1972.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on November 9, 1972 , at 1:30 P. M. , or as soon there-
after as the matter nay come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the
City of Fort Collins, the City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed Ordinance
zoning the property comprising the Kennedy's West Laporte Avenue Annexation. The property
owner has requested that said property be zoned in the C-Commercial District, and thr Planning
and Zoning Board of the City has recommended that such property be placed in the B-P, Planned
Business District.
The property comprising said annexation is more particularly described as situate in
the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the NIV 1/4 of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the South line
of said NW 1/4 as bearing N. 89051130" E. and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on
said South line, which bears N. 89051130" E, 180.00 feet from the IV 1/4 corner of
said Section 10, and run thence N. 00001 ' IV, 180.00 feet; thence N. 89051130" E,
70.00 feet; thence S. 00001 ' E, 150.00 feet; thence N. 89051130" E, 30.00 feet;
thence S. 00001 ' E, 30.00 feet; thence S. 89051 '30" IV, 100.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
