BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN TRACT 1
OF THE REPLAT OF SPRINGMEADOWS ON SPRING CREEK
L+IHEREAS the owners of the property affected by the same have
requested that the City vacate a utility easement located in Tract 1 of the
Replat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek Subdivision said easement being
more particularly described below and
WHEREAS said easement has no utilities installed therein and the
same is not needed for municipal purposes nor will it be needed in the future
for municipal purposes and the necessary easements to substitute for the same
have been granted to the City and
WHEREAS the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins
will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said easement
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement located in Tract 1 of
the Replat of Springmeadows on Spring Creek Subdivision to-wit
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 24 Township 7 North Range 69 West
of the 6th P M City of Fort Collins County of Larimer
State of Colorado thence S 89056 W 168 46 feet
thence N 00009' E 40 00 feet to the true point of begin
ning thence N 00009' E 357 00 feet thence S 89056'
W 31 00 feet thence 14 10 00 feet thence E 41 00 feet
thence S 00009' W j67 00 feet thence IV 10 00 feet to
the true point of beginning
be and the same hereby is abolished vacated and abated
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered publishes
this 21st day of December A D 1972 and to be presented for final passage on the
llth day of January A D 1973 r
