BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE.ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R-L-M, Low Density
Multiple Family District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P. M. , Larimer County,Colorado,
which, considering the West line of said SW 1/4 as bearing due
North and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto,
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point
------- which bears S. 89624'30" E. 569.25 feet, and again -South 130.00
feet from the W 1/4 corner of said Section 16 and run thence
South .436.34 feet; thence S. 79*52' E. 299.41 feet; thence
North 489.01 feet; thence West 294.74 feet to the point of
beginning.

89024'30" E. 569.25 feet along the North line of said SW 1/4;
thence South 566.34 feet; ,thence N. 79°52' W. 578.24 feet to a
point. on the West line of said SW 1/4; thence North 470.48 feet
to the point of beginning.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this first
day of April, A. D. 1971 , and to be presented for final passage on the 22nd day of
April, A. D. 1971.
