BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND RELATING TO MINIMUM OFF STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS IN THE
R H HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR TOURIST HOMES OFF STREET
LOADING AREA REQUIREMENTS IN THE H B HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT AND
NOTICES TO BE GIVEN OF REQUESTS FOR REZONING BY SIGNS ON THE AFFECTED
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 19 32 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto
at the end thereof the following
and for each tourist home one space for each guest room
Section 2 That Section 19 42 6 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto
between B G and C the following

Section 3 That Section 19-46 2(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows
(2) In addition the Planning and Zoning Board may order notices
posted on the property requesting rezoning at least seven (7) days
prior to the hearing date When so ordered such notices shall be
readable from public streets and shall contain the following
'Rezoning requested'
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this
first day of April A D 1971 and to be presented for final passage on the 22nd day of
April A D 1971
