HomeMy WebLinkAbout034 - 08/05/1971 - ZONING THE WORTHINGTON FARM FIRST ANNEXATION J ORDINANCE NO 34 1971 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WORTHINGTON FARM FIRST ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Worthington(Farm First Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colorado partly in the R L Low Density Residential District and partly in the R P Planned Residential District The property hereby placed in the R L Low Density Residential District is more particularly described as follows to wit A tract of land located in the Wz of Section 26 Town ship 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M Larimer County Colorado being more particularly described as follows Considering the North line of the NWa of said Section 26 as bearing N 89 59118 ' E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 26 thence N 89 59' 18 E along the North line of the NW-, of said Section 26 a distance of 800 00 feet to the true point of beginning thence continuing N 89 59118 E a distance of 1854 69 feet to the Nk corner of said Section 26 thence S 00 15147 E along the North-South center section line a distance of 3968 51 feet to the SE corner of the NZ of the SW4 of said Section 26 thence S 89 46120 W along the south line of the Nz of the SWk of said Section 26 a distance of 2641 93 feet to the SW corner of the Na of the SW4 of said Section 26 thence N 00 27 26 W along the West line of the SW4 of said Section 26 a distance of 1326 70 feet to the W4 corner of said Section 26 thence N 00 26 28 W along the West line of the NW-4 of said Section 26 a distance of 1828 96 feet thence N 89 33 32 ' E a distance of 793 85 feet thence N 00 00142 W a distance of 816 92 feet to the point of beginning The property hereby placed in the R P Planned Residential District is more particularly described as follows to wit A tract of land located in the NW-4 of Section 26 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M Larimer County Colorado being more particularly described as follows Considering the North line of the NWk of said Section 26 as bearing N 89 59 18 E and with all bearings contained herein rela tive thereto Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 26 thence N 89 59 18 E a distance of 800 00 feet along the North line of the NW4 of said Section 26 thence S 00 00142 E a distance of 816 92 feet thence S 89 33132" W a distance of 793 85 feet to a point on the West line of said NW4 section thence N 00 26128 W along said West section line 822 89 feet to the point of beginning Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 8th day of July A D 1971 and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of August A D 1971 / ATTEST Mayo City k Passed and adopted on final reading this 5th day of August A D 1971 M or ATTEST City Clerk 2
