BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCE SO AS TO PERMIT PET SHOPS IN THE B G GENERAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT AND H B HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT
UNDER THE CITY ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 19 37 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is
amended by adding to subsection 1 thereof under Uses Permitted the
following words and figures
(24) Pet shops not containing facilities for boarding
animals
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered

passage on the 5th day of August A D 1971
