BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-55 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION OF LANDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 19-55 (B) (10) be and the same hereby is amended ,
by adding thereto at the end thereof the following
"The minimum right of way width above required shall
not be required in the case of any highway in the
City designated as a Federal highway, provided that
this exception shall not apply in the case of frontage
roads for any such highway "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 8th day of July, A D 1971, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of August, A D 1971
