BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-11 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958
AS AMENDED RELATING TO THE VACCINATION OF DOGS IN THE
CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 3 11 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting therefrom the first sentence thereof and by substituting therefor
the following
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to keep
maintain or allow such dog to run at large unless it
shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian
with rabies vaccine within one year preceding the date
on which such dog is kept maintained or allowed to run
at large
