ANNEXATION TO THE CIFY 01 FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF rORf COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chipter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the Spring Creek Farms
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P,Planned Resi-
dential District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situaLed in the N14 of Section 24, Fo nship 7 North, Range 69
West, and also in the NO" of Section IQ, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P M , which considering the North line of the Nl"4 of slid Section 19 as
