BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED RELATING TO
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES IN CONNECTION WITH FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2 36(b) of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same
hereby is amended by deleting therefrom subsections (A) (B) and (C) and
by substituting therefor the following words and figures to wit
For a Class A Class B or Class C license The sum
of Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($400 00)
Section 2 That said occupational license taxes shall be due
and payable to the Director of Finance of the City of Fort Collins for
each year commencing July 1 1972
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of August A D 1971 and to be presented for
final passage on the 9th day of September A D 1971
