HomeMy WebLinkAbout052 - 09/16/1971 - ZONING THE STRACHAN SECOND ANNEXATION i _ t46 1 ORDINANCE NO Jlks 1971 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE STRACHAN SECOND ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the Strachan Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colorado in zoning districts under the City zoning ordinance as follows In the R M-P Medium Density Planned Residential District the following described portion of said Annexation to wit — A tract of land situate in the S31 of Section 25 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M County of Larimer State of Colorado which considering the West line of the SW4 of said Section 25 as bearing S 00 00 45 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 89 47108 E 1685 62 feet and again South 1520 30 feet and again N 89 45130 E 280 37 feet from the W4 corner of said Section 25 and run thence S 00 14130 ' E 759 19 feet thence S 69 24' E 244 47 feet thence S 62 36130 E 381 80 feet thence S 69 12130 E 100 05 feet thence S 75 08130 E 241 23 feet to a point on the South line of said Section 25 thence N 89 45130 E 230 00 feet along said South line thence N 00 14130 W 140 00 feet thence along the arc of a 360 38 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 284 28 feet the long chord of which curve bears N 22 50 25" W 276 97 feet thence N 45 26120 W 263 06 feet along the arc of a 477 66 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 378 81 feet the long chord of which curve bears N 22 43' 10" W 368 95 feet thence North 200 00 feet thence S 89 45130 ' W 689 71 feet to the point of beginning containing 19 3631 acres more or less In the H B Highway Business District the following described portion of said Annexation to wit A tract of land situate in the SW4 of Section 25 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M County of Larimer State of Colorado which considering the West line of said SW4 as bearing S 00 00145 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears S 00 00145 E 1521 10 feet from the W'4 corner of said Section 25 and run thence 5 00 00145" E 1122 00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Section 25 thence N 89 45130 E 421 79 feet along the South line of said Section 25 thence N 00 24145 ' W 592 00 feet thence S 89 02' E 527 84 feet thence S 77 54130 E 78 95 feet thence S 63 17' E 196 06 feet thence S 77 05130 E 168 21 feet thence N 85 26' E 58 98 feet thence N 67 37130 E 143 55 feet thence S 85 14 E 87 48 feet thence S 69 24' E 351 17 feet thence N 00 14130 W 759 19 feet thence S 89 45130" W 1966 06 feet to the point of beginning con taining 32 5834 acres more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 26th day of August A D 1971 and to be presented for final passage on the 16th day of September A D 1971 M� ATTEST City Cler Passed and adopted on final reading this 16th day of September A D 1971 Ma r ATTEST City Clerk 2
