BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L Low Density Residential District to R-L-M Low Density
Multiple Family District for the following described property in the City to wit
Lots 1 through 10 Replat of Tract B of Replat of Miller
Brothers Foothills Subdivision Sixth Filing in the City
of Fort Collins Colorado according to Plat recorded
April 8 1969 in Book 1406 at Page 479
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 9th
day of September A D 1971, and to be presented for final passage on the 7th day of
October A D 19 71
