BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins Colorado adopted by the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from H-B Highway Business District to M-M Medium Density
Mobile Home District for the following described property in the City to wit
Considering the East line of Section 2 Township 7 North Range 69
West of the 6th P K as bearing North and South and with all bear-
ings herein relative thereto beginning at a point on the East line
of said Section 2 which bears South 1278 29 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section 2 and run thence West 250 feet thence South
200 feet thence East 250 feet to the East line of said Section 2
thence North 200 feet along said East line to the point of beginning
EXCEPTING therefrom a strip of land 40 feet in width along the East
side of said tract for the right of way for State Highway No 287 as
now constructed and used in the City of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 9th
day of September A D 1971 and to be presented for final passage on the7th day of
October A D 1971
