BEING AN ORDINANCE ATTENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODG OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FO$T
COLLINS$ COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE NORTH COLLEGE MOBILE PLAZA
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby
is changed and amended by including the property known as the North College Mobile plaza
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the M-M, Medium Density
Mobile Home District. Said property is .more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the `;r , of the NE; of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69'
West of the 6th P. `:. , more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the N', corner of said Section 2; thence along the North line of said
Section 2 South S9°59100" East 1317.00 feet to the Northeast corner of the
W'i of the NE'-< of said Section 2; thence along the East line of the IV of
the NE, of said Section 2 South 0003'20" West 405.00 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continuing along said East line South 0003120" West
2206.79 feet; thence North 89*57100" West 43.61 feet, more 'or less, to the
Westerly line of the right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad (said right
of way being considered as lying 75 feet each side of the centerline of
tracks); thence along said Westerly right•of way line North 26057159" West
2476.42 feet, more or less, to a line which is parallel with a North line
of the NE' of said Section and passes through the' true point of beginning.-
thence along said parallel line South 89059100" East 1168.72 feet, more or
less, to the true point of beginning; subject to the right of way for the
existing spur line for the Union Pacific at the Southerly corner of said
land;
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning
District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 16th
day of September A. D. 1971, and to be presented for final passage on the 7th day of
October A. D. 1971 .
