BE IT ORDAINED BY THL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted byethe
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification from R-L, Low Density Residential District, to R-P, Planned
Residential District, for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Beginning at a point 50 rods South and 80 rods West of the
Northeast corner of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P M , thence South 20 rods, thence West 80
rods, thence North 20 rods, thence East 80 rods to point of
beginning, EXCEPT from the foregoing described parcel
Beginning at a point 50 rods South and 80 rods West of the
Northeast corner of said Section, running thence South 165
feet along the centerline of City Park Avenue, thence West
parallel to the North line of said Section 15 a distance of
340 00 feet, thence South parallel to the center line of City
Park Avenue a distance of 5 00 feet, thence West parallel to
the North line of said Section 15 a distance of 400 69 feet,
thence South parallel to the center line of City Park Avenue
a distance of 160 00 feet, thence West parallel to the North
line of said Section 15 a distance of 579 31 feet, thence
North parallel to the center line of City Park Avenue a distance
of 330 00 feet, thence East 1320 00 feet to the point of beginning,
ALSO EXCEPT from the first described parcel 30 feet off the East
end thereof
